Eligibility

Users must be 18+ and represent a valid legal entity or registered telemarketer.

DLT Mandate

Principal Entities must register Headers and Templates before sending traffic.

Account Safety

You are solely responsible for all activities occurring under your unique Entity ID.

General Scope

This portal is operated in accordance with the Telecom Commercial Communications Customer Preference Regulations, 2018 issued by TRAI. Our platform facilitates the mechanism for regulating and monitoring Commercial Communication sent by Senders using the Access Provider’s network.

Eligibility & Use

Usage is strictly limited to Senders (Principal Entities or Registered Telemarketers) who can form legally binding contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

Restricted Usage

Minors (under 18) and persons "incompetent to contract" are not eligible to use this platform. We reserve the right to terminate accounts discovered to be in violation.

Identifier Registration

As a Principal Entity, you are mandated to register Identifiers including Headers, Calling Names, and Content Templates (Transactional/Promotional).

Content Scrubbing

System check for fixed and variable portions to ensure TCCCPR compliance.

Header Binding

Secure binding with mobile numbers for session authentication.

Limitation of Liability

Services are provided on an "as-is" and "with all faults" basis. We disclaim all liability for errors or omissions contained in information provided by Senders. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed INR 5,000/- subject to applicable law.

Governing Jurisdiction

Subject to Exclusive Jurisdiction of Courts in Mumbai, India.
