1. Data Collection

We collect only the essential data required to provide robust international messaging services. This includes:

  • Corporate Entity Details
  • Authorized Signatory Identification
  • Technical Metadata (Timestamp, Route, Status)
  • Opt-in Consent Logs

2. DLT & Regulatory Sharing

In compliance and international telecom bodies, certain business data must be shared with licensed operators via Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT).

Important Note:

Once data is recorded on the DLT blockchain for compliance, it becomes a part of the regulatory record. We ensure only mandatory fields are shared to minimize exposure.

3. Retention Policy

Message logs are retained for a standard period of 90 days to assist in troubleshooting and audit trails, after which they are automatically purged unless a custom retention period is requested via SLA.
